Do you have an LMS or learning technology suite?

You can select, combine and seamlessly integrate our microlearning courses and Learning Paths to meet your needs. Uploading our SCORM packages to your learning system is simple, and each course has built-in analytics.

Do you need to address specific skill or competency gaps?

In these challenging times, many organisations are identifying gaps in the level of effectiveness of core skills, especially those that assume an increased significance a remote working context, like inclusive leadership, empathic management, effective communication and collaboration. We’ll help you select the right delivery format – e.g. multimedia training “capsule” or mobile learning app – and the optimal content for your needs.

Do you need to train specific cohorts of staff in key business processes like induction or digital transformation?

Our Learning Paths are structured training journeys in business-critical skills and processes, such as leadership, induction, digital skills, people management. They have built-in assessment, and can be pre-packaged or co-designed with you according to your L&D strategy to meet training requirements for your target cohorts.

Do you have a challenge getting managed learning to remote workers in an accessible format and at the right time?

All our microlearning courses are brief, concise and mobile-friendly and are designed for flexible use, e.g. in 15 minutes before an important meeting. But we also offer an innovative adaptive learning solution, whereby tailored content is fed to groups of learners regularly via our question-driven Mobile Learning App, which includes analytics and a leader-board for on-the-job learning.
